An economic crisis as an economic recession is maybe more dangerous than any war, so I'm the moment I noticed that the lost of contact with the other worlds means that the external commerce will stop so, I planned something to avoid or at least lighten the consequences of that.
A economic recession is essentially a decrease or stop of the of the money flow of the nation and the problems that are caused by one of this can be really dangerous.
So my the so called "party" is a manner by which I can spend great money quantities in the whole nation from the royal founds, that are separated from the national treasury.
So contracting many services to make the festivity possible is my way to contribute, But even with the rich I am, I can't avoid that problem by doing just that.
So the second part of my plan is the reason why I chose celebrities from all the fields, the immortal techniques for make the people spend lots of money, the tips for encourage people spend "voluntarily" lots of money.
But what I'm using can be resumed in one words.
FUN, that I divided into four sections: Gambling, tourism, offers, and shopping frenzies.
The sports events and free time will increase the Sports Gambling around the globe and we have an equivalent to "Las Vegas", but that is a talk for another time, the traveling is cheap and because the events will be all through Vanaheim and not just in the capital many people will think that is a irresistible offer for going vacations and it encourages the tourism and the spend in expensive souvenirs.
Plus the free tickets for the concerts and other events are limited,I'm sure that some people will resale their tickets for a high price even if it's free, in the events will be send souvenirs, snacks and etc, all with a higher price than usual.
And for the ones who aren't interested in those things, shops will have some limited offers during the seventh days, so the things that are usually unreachable for the commoners will be at their reach.
this will make people spend a lot more than they have planned and will reactivate the economy, and for the high class ones probably will be busy finding a gift or something to celebrate my ascension, I already lived it.
And this frenzy will continue for seven days, is like combine Christmas, Black Friday, the Olympics, the Super bowl and the Easter Week. All in just a week.
Is a perfect recipe for spending that anyone can resist!

The meeting ended after a while and I returned to my room, where I passed the next seven days thinking about my possible situation.

In RC they were ninth grades, and with each grade you get a new authority, so you get stronger than in the last grade.
For ascend a grade they are two criteria, the first one is the existencial power and the second one is the progress of your civilization.
The progress is easy, is just the natural evolution of a civilization in different fields as social, economic, cultural, But the more important are the biological and technological evolution.
And the existencial power is the influence that you and your civilization exercise in the great map of aspects, the actions that you realize or you order to realizestain your existencial power and that stain decides the authority that you will get if you ascend to the next grade.
From the Ranks one to seventh, the authorities are related to the civilizations you rule and your actions, But this pattern breaks when you reach the eight grade, because I'm the eighth grade you have the opportunity to get an authority on the aspects of the universe.
Your actions and influence still are important, but you also need to do some special and unknown actions to get those authorities, and you don't know what you will get or of you will get something before that.
This actions can go from the understand of the aspect you want to guide the evolution of your race to concord with the authority, even if your authority will be reflected in your civilization when after you get it.
the ninth grade is similar but you need to get an authority that complements the one you got on the eighth grade, and because just one Ruler can have those authorities, the conflicts are inevitable.
But whatever, the only thing I can do right now is speculate and wait.
Wait patiently, as ever.
But why as ever? Is something that Altair didn't questioned and didn't cross his mind, even if he never has waited something for so many time to say as ever.
