Amelia Sanchez and her mother were eating when Tania Lincoln's call came through again.

The two were sitting in a private booth, and Mother Sanchez simply turned on the speakerphone.

"Mrs. Sanchez, I'm sick. Can you bring me some medicine when you come back?" Tania Lincoln carefully and pitifully asked, no longer as arrogant and entitled as before.

Mother Sanchez felt strange: "What kind of illness do you have? Did you go to the hospital?"

"....No, no, it's not necessary. It's just a minor cold. Medicine will cure it."

To prove that she indeed only had a minor cold, Tania Lincoln coughed twice forcefully over the phone.

Amelia Sanchez raised her eyebrows upon hearing the cough.

It sounded so fake.

"Can you still walk?" Amelia Sanchez asked over the phone.

Tania Lincoln quickly replied: "Yes, of course! I just have a cough and a headache!"

Is she afraid that Mother Sanchez won't come back?

What good could come from insisting Mother Sanchez to return now?
