Connor nodded helplessly.

The woman walked to the sofa and sat down.

Then, she picked up the milk tea on the coffee table and took a sip.

"Can you answer my question now?"

Connor asked softly.

"What was the question you asked me just now?"

The woman turned to look at Connor and blinked.

"Where is Aida?"

Connor repeated helplessly.

"Oh, right…"

The woman nodded gently and continued, "Well, let me tell you who I am first!"

"Alright…"

"I'm Melanie Yamane, Aida's best friend!"

The girl said as she sipped her milk tea.

"And then?"
