"You used to live in my house because your house in Newtown hadn't been renovated yet. Why are you living in my house this time?"
Connor was speechless as he asked Rachel.
"It just feels comfortable living here. I mean, it's not like it will affect you in any way. You can do whatever you want."
Rachel said indifferently.
"I'm really not used to you living in my house, do you know that?"
Connor was exasperated.
"You've lived with me for so long. What's there to be unaccustomed to? I can protect you when I'm here. Isn't it the best of both worlds?"
Rachel said indifferently.
"Do you think I still need your protection?"
Connor gritted his teeth and asked Rachel.
"It doesn't matter if you don't need my protection. Anyway, I came to Yarlford because of you. You can't chase me away, right?"
Rachel asked with a smile.
"Even if I chase you away, will you leave?"
Connor replied helplessly.
"No!"
