In his office, Kosmo's hand moved to different holographic screens around him as he multitasked.

Food, recovery items, spare equipment, and so on. Things that would match the description of the different possible dimensions they could end up in.

Kosmo didn't take the task lightly and was very serious. After all, he didn't want to leave anything out only for it to come back and bite them in the future.

And there was the fact that he wanted to impress Gideon and get told that he did well.

Then as he sorted stuff out, he paused for a moment.

Due to technically being a direct child of the universe, he clearly felt the nearly imperceptible wave that spread out which caused him to be surprised.

"The Perception of the True Gods? What's that about? Moreover, I can feel several universal laws straining. As if looking for something. What is that about?" He had a bad feeling but decided to put it aside.
