He couldn't do it, no matter how hard he had tried to convince himself he couldn't get into the car and drive off, even after eventually getting in he sat there behind the staring at the wheel watching the door, waiting for her to come out.

She finally did, she was walking out alone until his stepmother followed after her. He watched as she stopped and turned around to talk to the older woman. Pushing the door open he stepped out of the car and turned to look at them, meeting his stepmother's eyes she sighed.

"He is still here," Marisol Quing said to Isabelle, turning around Isabelle's gaze rested on him, leaning against his car and staring at them. "I am assuming you will go with him after all."

Isabelle turned to her, "I don't see a reason not to, thank you for the meal. It was delicious."

"You know you do not have to do this right?" Marisol said with her brows furrowed.

Isabelle's head tilted to the side, "do what?"
