Enopy didn't lack energy so he had no need for sleep, he stayed up the whole night and day which is now proceeding in to night, purely practicing the absolute pressure technique

He tried a bunch of things after his initial test he started practicing on objects like cans, fruits, etc. he initially started with cans at first he just applied basic pressure on it from above but then as he gained more control he tried to crush it from the side but he quickly realize that since it wasn't being pushed against some thing as soon as he use the pressure against it it would just fly away
