Noticing that the barrage of spear throws had stopped, the white tiger dragged the brown spotted elk that it caught and moved toward the one that was first hit by the spear, the elk that got pierced by the spear in the head.
Then, instead of gorging itself on the fresh and delicious worth of two elks' meat, the white tiger simply used its claws to drag it together with the one that he had already carried around, something that was way off a tiger's or any carnivore's normal behavior.
Even odder, the tiger then went out of its way to collect all of the dead elks nearby and moved to the one who died in the distance.
Before it arrived there to take and collect the last few dead elks, a small figure could be seen running energetically from the opposite direction toward it. When the figure moved close enough, his conspicuous yellow hair could be seen.
"Hey, Little White, you are not that bad this time! You managed to get one!" He yelled loudly with his hands covering around his mouth, seemingly to amplify his voice.
The white tiger only groaned in response to the yell but still continue to move toward the corpse just as the yellow-haired man reached the other corpse to take the spear and put the corpse into a lighthouse.
Both of them worked quickly to gather all the corpses as the tiger finished with his part and finally approached the yellow-haired man. Without making any sound, the tiger simply put down all of the game in front of him.
Xin took all of the spears away after cleaning them and storing the meat in the lighthouse. Then, he looked at the impassive big tiger in front of him.
"Not bad, you have become quite diligent, little white. It seems that Mr. Liu's training really works wonder even to you, huh?" Xin smiled as he spoke with a mixed hint of wonder and amazement.
Xin rubbed the massive tiger on the head and messed with its fur. "Now, let's go. Mr. Liu and princess Adori are waiting. We are going to have a grilled elk, Little White!"
The white tiger moved back its head as if it was reluctant to be touched by Xin and grunted in annoyance.
Unfortunately for it, Xin seemed to have anticipated its response as he had a smile on his face. He only moved his hand forward and rubbed its head even harder to the tiger's frustration.
Just a second later, "Little White" tried to fully back away from Xin. However, it found itself unable to untangle Xin's casual grasp on its head even with its full strength.
Seeing this, Xin only smirked as looked smugly at Little White's face, seemingly mocking it and showing off his far superior strength.
Little White then, reluctantly accepted Xin's loving rub. It had no choice and was completely powerless against Xin, after all.
Xin didn't annoy the tiger any longer and jumped on its wide back. He patted its back strongly and commanded loudly. "Let's go, Little White. Mr. Liu is waiting. Making him wait for long is a mistake you will regret ever make."
The white tiger grunted in annoyance but didn't try to resist him at all as it followed his command and moved at a brisk pace.
After moving for a few minutes, they finally reached a small clearing where two people were already there, a handsome and gallant black-haired man and a very beautiful woman with long silver-white hair.
Adori could be seen practicing her sword moves and footwork against an imaginary enemy as she slashed her sword in various ways while constantly moving around.
Unlike usual, she wore a tight white-colored training robe. It was very simple clothes without any decoration or pattern to enchant and improve its wearer's beauty.
However, Adori's own natural beauty seemed more than enough as the tight clothes showed her beautiful and modest, but well-endowed curves. Her body was slim, yet it was covered with strong and taut muscles after years of constant training.
Rather than letting her long, straight, and thick hair fall freely like she usually did, Adori tied her hair in a single low ponytail as her hair extended downward elegantly. Whenever she moved, her ponytail also followed suit, creating a beautiful arch and streaks in the air.
Adori was truly worthy of her status as a princess of Zahard, just her exquisite beauty alone already made sure of that let alone if it was combined with her sky-high multiple talents.
Looking at her calm and unblemished face as Adori was focused on her training, Xin couldn't help but stare at her for a moment.
It was natural, as any man, regardless of their sexual preference, would be easily attracted and irresistibly drawn to her beauty and charisma.
Xin right now wasn't the same as what he had been decades ago. He had grown much after all those times and he certainly wasn't depressed anymore. Hence, now he could have the time and space to feel attraction to the opposite gender.
After all, he was basically in his puberty period so it was easy to imagine how hard it was for him not to stare at Adori. Imagine being assaulted by those subtle but powerful sensations and desires and being presented with a very attractive and hot woman at the same time, it was incredibly overwhelming!
This was especially the case since Xin didn't have any prior experience with women so something like this was very new to him.
Xin admitted that if Adori was just a bit nicer to him and didn't bully him, he could probably even fall head over heels at her. Although fortunately or unfortunately, such a thing didn't happen so even though he was attracted to her, it was still at an okay level.
Xin quickly came back to his senses and stopped staring at her.
He knew that although being attracted to Adori was normal, it was a very foolish thing to do as she was way out of the reach of mortals like him.
Just like the sky, everyone could see its majesty and beauty but no matter what they did, nobody could truly reach and grasp it as it kept watching aloofly from the unreachable height, indifferent to everything below it.
