Sol’s entourage were directed to a palace in the inner court.

There was a stark difference between the inner court and the outer court; the inner court was opulence personified but Sol barely batted an eye at it long used to living in splendor.

Jade had quickly familiarized with the new set of attendants given to them by the royalty of Darlton, the red haired angel quick to throw orders.

Sol had to freshen up to pay a visit to the King and Queen and Coldshore; his little stint at one of the gates had ruffled his robes and sent his already wild hair into a fritz.

He had to be changed out of his traveling robes after a quick bath. Jade already knew that handling Sol while they were on earth would be the ultimate test of his limits, but it would have been far better still if they had remained in Darlton.
