Octavian Highmore. A man who lived up to his reputation. He was a vicious man and someone who was worthy of someone's fear. 

Although the duke was undoubtedly good-looking, especially in his uncreased uniform, neatly brushed back ebony hair, and sharp facial structure, his soul was the complete opposite. He was the ugliest man a woman would ever meet. He was the worst. 

If only he was that charming, then he didn't have to abduct my mother to make her his ninth wife. Yes. The duke had a lot of children from different women.
