"No need for that." Cora, who was quiet all this time while watching everything unfold from the window, spoke. "It seems Teresa came prepared this time." 

She chuckled because Teresa, Priscilla, and Sally returned from the market with their beloved husbands. Now, Teresa and Priscilla were dragging Elizabeth somewhere — probably in Teresa's home as it was nearby — to dress her up. 

"Goodness… until when will Vic continue living like this? She knew those two knew very well how to punish her without shedding blood," she mumbled, shaking her head mildly.
