"Hmhm" Claire cleared her throat as Emily dragged me into the kitchen, it looked her she was busying herself with some fruit as I could see some peeled orange and banana lying on the island fruit
"Hey there" I said greeting her
"I guess your night was fine" she replied with something like an evil glint in her eyes and I couldn't help the embarrassment I felt making me flush slightly, knowing the meaning underneath what she said and her facial expression
"Well it was, thanks for asking indirectly" I said rolling my eyes, trying to shun off the embarrassment I was feeling and also using my palms to massage my face, marveled at the heat that was radiating off it.
I couldn't be more grateful Emily didn't read into the whole situation
"You're welcome" she said with a small laugh before going back to her previous business

Anony_Mous_1902 I had to type this with a rush since my phone had spoiled, it's a really devastating thing for me, I recently repaired the phone and it breaking took a part of me with it, I actually cried about it since I don't have the means of repairing it, I'm broke to stupor and the only thing holding me together is the fact that I'm writing this book and I mighy just get paid, at leas then I'll be able to get the phone repaired and get some other things.
