Well, this is a rather fancy way to kill a vampire. Leo smirked as he adjusted the stake hidden carefully in his suit jacket pocket. The two handguns, one at his calf and the other in his holster on the opposite side of his stake did make him feel somewhat more like himself as the vampire hunter.
Placing the black mask over his eyes, Leo strode forward, passing the two large torches at the front of the property leading down the long pathway to the extravagant and luxurious villa, one of many in Monte Carlo. This property, in particular, had panoramic views of the shimmering Mediterranean Sea, framed by lush gardens, lit up by the skyline of Monte Carlo.
Many guests were dressed to the nines, everyone in designer outfits, with jewellery showcased on necks, wrists and ears. Everyone wore a mask of some sort, hiding their identities, though people who ran in these circles were sure to recognise each other. Those who were new were noticeable.
