***ADDIE'S POV*** 

Before I knew it, Uncle Orson had sprinted through the halls, all the way to the doors of the royal wing. Before he could open the door, Nolan came running up next to us. He'd been in our joint office, taking care of logistics when the messenger arrived. 

"Addie?" he called my name. 

"I'm alright, Nolan. It's time for the baby to come, that's all." He beamed proudly at the news.

"I can take her from here." Nolan said. 

"It's OK, Emperor Nolan, She's a little damp from her water. I will get her to the room, then I will go and change. If you'd like to have Nishi put down the mattress cover, I will put Addie in place."

"Thank you, Orson." Nolan stepped through the door ahead of him and called out to Nishi. Things were coming together, and everyone was getting to work.
