I was doing my best to stay on topic, and I was grateful that Xandereth was in perfect agreement with me. In fact, he was the one to speak next, moving us back to where we needed to be.

"Truth be told, Addie, I think you will find my nation is in agreement with you for the majority of changes you wish to make. We do not have much of an issue when it comes to commoners and lessers, so there are no changes that need to be made there." 

"I'm sorry, Xandereth, I don't understand. How do you not have an issue with the commoners and lessers?" I asked, my head tilted to the side as I tried to contemplate his words.
