***ADDIE'S POV***

The ride to Talmidge's territory was swift and silent. The only words spoken during the flight were from Talmidge's former men. They were guiding us to the right location.

We intended to enter the city from the west, near the barracks. As a whole, we would secure that location, blocking those forced from Talmidge first. After that, we would split into groups and take the entire city from him.

Two groups of guards and soldiers would head in opposite directions. Nolan, Holmes, Varel, and Engleton were coming with me. We would be searching for Talmidge himself. And any of the others if they were here.

Lord Barrington, Lord Carmichael, Lord Lewiston, and Lord Franklin. Those were the others we were looking for. And if they were here, then all the better. If Talmidge was the only one we got here, then I would still count myself lucky. The others would fall in line after their leader was no more.
