**NOLAN'S POV**

I had been sitting in my office, watching the snow swirling around below. It was strange, to say the least. The snow was so high that it was just below my window. If it was solid enough, I would have been able to just step out of my window and walk on top of it all. That would be a little interesting, but I wasn't so sure that it would hold me. And I didn't like the idea of taking a swim in the wet, cold snow.

I had been watching it all with a mild sense of fascination. I mean, I had never seen this phenomenon before. I was actually really interested in it. That is, until something a lot more interesting came along. And that interesting thing came in the shape of my Addie.
