**ADDIE'S POV**

Things were all going so well so far. I was spending time with all the other students in the dorm, and even heading over to the Student Commons so that I could spend time with all the students. There weren't all that many that joined us there so far. It was me, Baylee, Roselyn, Harper, and Sassy. Slater, another of the wolves from Athea, would come and hang out in the back, like he was afraid to join us at the moment. And a few others that seemed interested and curious, but they weren't joining us yet. They more or less just watched what the rest of us were up to.

I could understand their hesitation. This was a new concept for a lot of them. They had been taught most of their lives to stay with their own kind, even within the boundaries of their own nations. And in a way, the wolves in Athea had been taught the same thing. Only for the wolves, it had been more or less about staying with your own class. I didn't like that. Not back home, and not here.
