**ADDIE'S POV**

When I awoke the morning of the departure, I was well rested and calm. I sat in the chair in my room, after having taken a long and relaxing bath, and let Violet and Ginger get me ready for the day. This was going to be the way that they mostly got me ready from now on, so they were practicing now.

Because the students were all supposed to report to the central hall when they arrived, for a welcoming ceremony and orientation. This was to introduce us all to the professors and to name the Prefects that would be in charge of the dormitories for the term. The Prefects, barring any issues, were supposed to be the same for the entire school year, but that would be confirmed at the welcome back ceremony in the winter, or so I was told.
