**ADDIE'S POV**

I walked around with Juliana for a little while longer. She was right about checking the stores for things for myself. I ended up finding this small little shop that made décor for various homes. It was a high-end shop, but they didn't have a lot of business. They were not what most nobles considered to be the height of fashion. I enjoyed it though, and I wanted to see what they had available.

The place had a feel that was a little like gothic or Victorian. It was something that I felt like I had seen before, but it wasn't quite in that same category. It was like it was old and slightly modern at the same time. There was a collection of mirrors that went together and they were in the shape of cogs and gears. The furniture all had hidden compartments and secrets. It was all so beautiful and amazing.

"This is wonderful." I smiled as I looked at a darkly stained wooden desk with metal accents all around it.
