He shook his head and looked around to see that every member of his clan was staring at him as if waiting for his command.

"Go on," He said softly. And as soon as those words left his mouth, all of his clan's members began devouring the dishes and fruits.

But the Patriarch didn't touch the food; his gaze was still drawn to the members of his clan.

It was an ironclad rule of his clan that every member eat together and spend time with each other.

This rule was established by his clan's ancestors, who came from the upper world. They were both members of the upper world's Xu Clan. However, both of them had hidden the matter of the Realm from their clan and had come to the lower world in search of it.
