Bane had too much to focus on now that he had come back. He didn't have time to go back to his pack until everything had been taken care.

He didn't really care what anyone else told him. He knew what he wanted to do and what was needed to get it done.

Divo couldn't even convince him to go back to everyone else. As alpha he wanted to be able to see his pack but his human side was being quiet and stubborn about the matter. 

The piles of paperwork weren't going to take care of themselves after all. 

There were a lot of other things that he didn't expect that he was going to have to take care of as well.

He worked privately but every now and then, the people he contracted with would throw extra work at him requesting that he take care of a client that wasn't part of the original deal that they had made.
