"I am bored," Aurora groaned as she looked up at the ceiling of the living room. It had been a long time since Derek, Jane, and the children left, which should have been fine if Vincent didn't need to leave right after.

It was late at night now and through the windows, she could see the lanterns placed around giving light to the people who loved walking around at this time. It sounded like a celebration on the outside from the laughter of children running around. Nighttime was best for some creatures like the wolves and vampires.

While everyone had found something to keep them busy, Aurora sat alone without a clue of how to entertain herself. Maybe falling asleep was the best option. When she woke up, Vincent would be home. Unless he would need to work again in the morning.

"I feel like I am a housewife and that is not going to happen," Aurora stood up, determined to find something to occupy her time with.
