Capítulo 9: Qin Geng Established His Authority

'Why is Auntie Wang being mean to mommy?' Little Qin Geng thought to himself, his sister beside him had already fallen asleep again, but Auntie Wang was still crying and arguing. 

'I need to be brave!' Qin Geng thought, 'Dad is right, I'm already a little man! I have to protect mommy. I can't let others bully mommy!' Thinking this, Qin Geng secretly mustered up all his courage and rang the call bell. 

The call bell was connected to Uncle Liu's room. Uncle Liu was not asleep and the moment he heard the bell ring, he immediately rushed over. 

"Geng, are you feeling unwell again?" 

Uncle Liu ran into the room and saw Qin Geng sitting perfectly fine on the sofa in the living room. Beside him, Wang Lian was kneeling on the ground and wiping her tears. Dr. Qiao was perfectly calm as she crossed her arms and leaned against the wall. He was surprised to see Qiao Mo sleeping sweetly in Geng's bed.
