"I missed you just as much," Bradley said from the top of his lungs enthusiastically.
Private Joshua nervously tried to hide the fear on his face and turned it to enthusiasm, returning a salute in the Lieutenant General's respect.
"Come here." Bradley gestured to the child in front of him.
Samuel gulped before obliging. He walked towards Bradley with a grim expression. He could run away in the opposite direction, get caught, beaten up to a pulp, left out the street for wolves to eat…
That's all he could think of as he walked closer to the Lieutenant General. Bradley straightened his arm out towards him, warmly offering a hand to grab, a hand full of blood, a hand full of hatred, a hand full of subjugation, a hand full of misery.
