Capítulo 50: Fainting Memories

Samuel opened his eyes as he coughed blood out. The blood from his abdomen filled the entire barrel with blood. Some of it leaked through the narrow spaces in between the planks that had been rubbing its ridges down Samuel's previous wound.

If he hadn't been a lab rat, his wounds would've festered, and he would've died by now. Constantly coughing blood, he realized that he had just woken up from his lucid dream,... Or a nightmare. Someone slashed him in half. It wasn't too surprising, but being trapped inside the barrel made things worse.

The confined space where his tied hands couldn't even hold his wounds to stop the bleeding or lessen the pain was slowly shrinking on him. The walls surrounding him were suffocating his already disappearing breaths. Yet, all he could do was whimper.
