“Your job will be the hardest. With your background in law enforcement, diplomacy, and drug trade, I want you to help me create a plan to stop the trafficking into the north.

“Assemble a team from wherever you think will be the best and help me get this off the ground. I know that there are some of your agents here, but they do not have the authority to act on what they’ve found. I give that authority to you. Let Colombia or some other country grow the coca and poppies. Let the drug cartels move somewhere else. I don’t want the children growing up with their pockets filled with drugs and their heads filled with psychedelic fantasies. I want more of the children to grow up and go to Harvard. I will need you to find the right people to increase our team to make this all happen.”
