Tom was grinning like a loon. “You taste good, Jack.” He caught another stray drop on his finger, sucked it into his mouth, and licked his lips. Then to Jack’s utter surprise, Tom winked at him.
It’s okay! Jack was so relieved that he grabbed Tom’s arms, pulled him down onto his chest, and kissed him.
No tongues, but for his first guy-guy kiss ever, it wasn’t awful, even with the taste of his own come on Tom’s lips; in fact, it was damned nice, and he thought maybe he’d like to try it again. He told Tom as much.
“Jack. Dude, you said you didn’t want to kiss me.” Tom sounded stunned. “You…Why did you?”
“Can’t a guy change his mind?” He loosened his grip on his best friend and met his eyes, smiling as they warmed. He could feel the tension leave Tom’s body. “I just have one question for you now.”
“Yeah?”
“How in hell can I match that?”
