Kane got up on his toes and kissed his Mate’s neck. “I love you, Gabriel.”

Spotting Sean, Gabriel said, “I think it’s time for dinner.”

“I’ll go to Sean to see where we’re sitting.”

Elena was at the table when the rest of the group was seated. She spoke first, “I’m The Alpha and The Alpha Mate’s daughter. Who are you?”

Sean blanched. “Elena, you wait for your elders to introduce you to company. Armand, do you see what I mean?”

“Papa, Daddy’s being mean.” Sean rolled his eyes.

Armand finally acted. “You will go to your room without your supper, young lady. That doesn’t mean you can go and beg food from Meg or Miss Beaumont because I am giving them a direct order not to feed you.”

Elena stomped away from the table.

Sean spoke, “Armand, surely you must see from that display that she needs to be brought under control. She was rude to our guests.”

“Excuse me for interrupting, Alpha, but perhaps I can help.”
