Ability Description: {Allows the user to steal another's ability. This requires specific conditions to be met. First off, the user must be well acquainted with the bearer of the ability they want to steal. Secondly, they must touch the bearer for 10 minutes in total within a week of meeting them. Finally, the ability will be randomly chosen from the trillions of beings living on that specific planet. (It's like bounty hunting, you randomly get a bounty whenever you use the ability and you've got to find that person to gain that ability.)}
