The landscape was drastically different from before.
The ground was greener and the skies were clearer.
The place where the cliff was had vanished and was filled with a lush flower field.
What happened?
I knew it would look a lot different, but I didn't expect this.
Ah nevermind, I'll just go back to the town.
Sprinting, I came across where the town used to be.
What?
Where was it?
I was sure it was right here?
Now that I thought about it, there wasn't meant to be a sky here.
Did I go to someplace else?
My eyes suddenly caught onto a tree nearby.
Wait, that tree was the oldest tree that was in the town.
I would never mistake it, but it looked a lot younger than before.
I knew this as I used to play on this tree whenever I had spare time.
Then it hit me.
I hadn't gone forward in time!
I'd gone backward!
