After a while, the students gathered at the gate of the school. There were a total of around 100 S class students.
"Woosh!" sounded the air as 10 enormous white birds descended from the sky.
"These white Pigeons will be our rides. The distribution is already on these lists. It will be distributed to all of you momentarily. The leaders of each team are already assigned as well as the teachers in charge of your safety." afterwards, a number of hand-outs were disseminated to the students. "Any questions?"
Silence answered their professor.
"If that is the case then let us go."
The lot travelled in the sky for 3 whole days before reaching their destination. Thankfully, it was not boring for Z as he was on the team with Lily. They spent the days playing with Liz while enjoying the calm before the storm. Even though this is their first year end exam, they know that it will not be a walk in the park.
"Enter the base. The war starts at this moment. Repel the Rebels." their assigned teacher said. She is a female with a muscular body. She has long slick hair and sharp black eyes. You would think from behind that she is a sexy lady but you will never mistake her for that while looking from the front.
The students quickly did what was commanded and headed inside the base.
The base is in the form of a city. You can barely differentiate it from any ordinary villages.
"This is some fancy base." said Z
"Agreed. Maybe this is their headquarters" Lily pitched in
"Maybe, neverthele--" Z was stopped mid sentence as the alarms placed all throughout the base rang.
"The rebels are here!" someone shouted.
"Prepare for combat. No student of Cynosure cower in fear. Repel the rebels!" their teacher shouted.
All ten of them moved and positioned behind their muscular teacher. They followed her outside a gate different from the one they entered. There they saw a gruesome scene. People are dying everywhere, the forest is covered in the blood of friends and foe.
Z, who was new to such a scene almost vomited out of disgust. Lily was not any better. If she was not holding herself, she would have already vomited and cried.
"Do not falter!" shouted their teacher.
"Madam Tania, is it really okay to engage these kids into the war?" a personnel member asked.
"They are more than capable. Worry about the fight instead!" Tania said.
With that the team of Z engaged. It was a shame that they really did not communicate with each other during the flight as they were all reserved people. This limited the potential for teamwork. Nevertheless, they still gave their all in the fight.
"Fire Element: Release: Blazing Tempest!" Z casted. Flames rose like tornadoes then travelled through the midst of the enemy line. "Flame Element: Manifest: Wisps of Hell!"
"Multi Element: Manifest: Swamp's Vines!" Lily casted on the other side of the battle field.
