Gu Chu only needed to quietly wait for the boss to show their face.

It was already late at night, and the night wind swept up the leaves and flew past the window. Gu Chu twisted her slightly sore neck and yawned loudly. Tears dripped down from the corners of her eyes as she yawned, and she was ready to go home. 

On the other side, Cheng Qi had completely cleared Plant vs. Zombies. 

He calmly closed the computer and got up to pick up Chuchu.

Cheng Qi caught a glimpse of Bobo's bright eyes from the corner of his eye, and his brows furrowed slightly. Why was this silly child always staring at him?

But, Bobo was the least of his worries right now. Cheng Qi only had Gu Chu in his heart now. Cheng Qi walked over to Gu Chu's side. "Chuchu, I'm really sorry. I was busy with work and forgot the time. I'll definitely take you out tomorrow, okay?"
