Capítulo 4: It’s him prince Edward?
The crowd cheered her, they were glad that another paysan apart from queen Louisa has became a member of the royal family. Herself she couldn't believed, she finally made it, all she hope was that she could touch the money as she want.
She bowed at them in sign of respect and turned back to the king
.
''The marriage will be done in one month but in next week a party will be organise for our princess '' said the king full of joy. The crowd applaud.
April seemed to be disturbed with what the king just said
{why is the date of the marriage is so far, I don't have enough time} she thought worried.
They then headed to the higher courtyard which was the seigneurial part of the castle they walked on a long corridor to reach to the higher courtyard, with guards around them. The king's sons were not more with him. ''What is your name my child?'' asked the king.
'' April your majesty, April Beckinsale'' she answered politely.
'' welcome to the Envel family '' he smiled at her and April gave him back the smile
April didn't care of the rumors.She didn't care of how her husband resemble,he could be the devil or a beast ,she didn't give a damn. If she could just have that money and the necessarily power. She then shook her head as if she remembered about something.
{My family I almost forget to tell them the good news } she thought.
''Your majesty can I ask for a favor ?'' She asked.
''I'm listening '' said the king calmly.
April continued
'' Can I go and announced the news personally to my family ? I will come back tomorrow as soon as dawn breaks ''. The king stayed silence for a moment, thinking if he can allowed her and he said
''Granted but some guards will accompanied you''.
''No need your majesty, nothing will happen to me . You know I'm not officially a princess '' she reassured him. ''Are you sure?'' said the king not really convinced. She nodded and smiled them she headed towards the exit.
April arrived at her place and from what she could see, her siblings knew already. The news has been spread through the kingdom and elsewhere from what her sister told her. Her siblings asked her thousands of questions and she told them that , she's going to answer to all their questions after dinner.
After having finished dinner, Armin fell asleep and Prisca brought him to bed, she came back in the living room sat on the table put the palm of her two hand on her chin with her elbow on the table , looking her sister with interest in her eyes.
''So, tell me '' she said with a bright smile on her face .
April knew that when her sister was like that nothing can distract her.
''Where should I start '' she asked nonchalantly.
''From where you got the idea to participate to the competition'' she said smiling.
April told her all the story, the deal with sir laurent, how she got the idea of participating and how she found the flower. Prisca stayed silent for a moment then
''Sir Laurent is really a monster '' she said irritated then continued '' I just hope you could afford the money at time'' she said a little worried.
'' Me too '' April replied looking down .
Prisca stood up spontaneously '' let's forget about that. So you said the flower just appeared to you like that?'' She asked.
"Yes!! I was very scared at first but the beauty of the flower just fascinated me''. April said.
'' if this is not destiny I don't know what's it, as if that flower knows that we have problems'' Prisca said. April nodded
'' you know you are lucky ?, you fell on the most handsome between the brothers. Prince Edward is the most handsome for me '' she said, turning on herself with her arms widely open.
April smiled at her sister reaction .
'' you mean you're not scared for me? With all those rumors on the royal family '' said April .
'' I would have liked to be devoured by this kind of demons if I was in your place '' a perverted smile on prisca face.
"Heh!! Prisca !! Stop it '' said April embarrassed.
'' what??!'' Prisca smiled and continued .
'' it's just rumors created by the villagers'' she added ''I think you don't know how handsome your husband is''
April shrugged.
"No!!!you have never seen him?''asked Prisca dumbfounded .
April looked away embarrassed.
'' April, April. You're the only girl that doesn't know the seven brothers but it's normal also, you always spend your time on the chilly field '' said Prisca .
"you're sleepy,aren't you? Me too I'm sleepy ,good night'' said April trying to run away .
"Heh!! I'm not sleepy, April!!! She ran behind her sisters,
"leave me alone Prisca !!!she said running from her sister and they both start to laugh .
The next morning April went to sir laurent mansion to see her father but the guards didn't allow her to entered because laurent was absent. She was now forced to go to the castle without seeing her father.
On the way to the castle April crossed a group of five girls ''well,well. The little old woman is finally getting married and not with anyone '' said the first girl with a mocking tune.
''Firstly I'm not old and secondly talk to me with another tune, you kid'' said April with a serious voice ,
'' if not what?, girls of your age are married with three and four children , you don't even have one. Maybe you're cursed to stay alone'' said the same girl, another one spoke
'' I'm sure she cheated to find that flower '' They laughed
April could no more support,she slapped the first girl who spoke,she pulled her hair from behind
''Get off me!!'' Yelled the girl in pains but April ignored her screams and pulled her hair even more
'' listen kid, I can tolerate that the elders of this village mocked at me but not little lassies like you disrespect me. It's clear?'' Said April and swung her on the ground.
The others girls ran away and the one on the ground stood up and ran also while running she said
'' you will pay for that''.
''Yes! Yes! I'm waiting and then I will give you a good spanking '' she laughed.
April wasn't having friends her only friends were her family. Since that her mother died of plague everyone runs away from them,sometimes people will throw them spoiled fruits to chase them away because they thought that they were carriers of plague and they will contaminate them. It was the reason why April was still single at this age,men of the village were running from her but with time she was already use to that, use to be rejected by other people . She was just worried for her siblings who had to undergo that also.
April finally arrived the castle. She entered the higher courtyard, it was just beautiful. The large garden was with different flowers , two sculptures of dragons was located in the south of the garden and two sculptures of eagles in the west. In the middle of the garden was one huge fountain a little bit far April saw a small river and a pond . The outside was really mesmerizing as if it was a magical garden.
April climbed a few steps,she was so overwhelmed by the countryside that she slipped, she closed her eyes so as not to see how she will fall but a firm hand prevents her from falling by holding her on the waist
'' whoops!, you almost fell'' said the voice .
{This voice }April thought ,
she opened her eyes gently and saw beautiful silver gray eyes. It was the guy of the forest the pretentious guy,he had a smirk on his lips .
April let of go from him rapidly '' you again'' she complained
'' it's your thank you?'' He replied calmly looking at her with those cold eyes, he was so intimidating that April looked down ''thank you'' she said embarrassed, and he smirk back {why I'm thanking him? }she thought.

The man was wondering why this girl was in the castle so early, if she wanted a work as a maid why coming so early.
'' Why did you come here?'' He asked curious ,
'' it's none of your business my dear, I am asking you what are you doing here? No I think. Now please excuse me''
she wanted to leave but the man hold her right arm and pulled her toward him
''heh!!!'' she yelled ,
''you will not go anywhere if you don't answer '' he said looking at her coldly.
"Leave me !!'' She struggled to leave , she added '' I can see that nobody has ever disobeyed you, you know what I will be the first'' she said still struggling to leave.
'' All those who have done it are no longer alive'' he smirk.
April shivered at those words but she didn't want to show to this man that what he said affected her. They were both looking at each other with challenging look . When someone interrupted them .
'' My lord , excuse me for interrupting you but you're needed in the dining room '' said a maid politely . The man nodded , he let go of her arm and went inside.
'' you idiot '' she mumbled irritated,
she finally entered and a maid accompanied her in the dining room, she was now in a very bad mood because of that man. In the dining room she saw the king and four others men '' April , These are my sons '' said the king then April immediately bowed
'' Father what do y.....'' the voice coming behind them stopped his phrase when he saw April , April turned back because she recognized the voice
'' And this is your husband prince Edouard '' smiled the king.
They were both surprise , April the most
'' No !! Impossible!! Not him '' she mumbled
'' It's him prince Edward???!!!! She asked
