Marinette's POV

The sound of the footstep came closer and closer, and soon I was able to see who they were. One was the one I recognized, and the other one was the man chasing me back at the tall mountain.

Marinette erased her presence from being noticed by those two with her ears wide open listening to their conversation.

"Why didn't you make the move last night? She will leave from our sight at this rate." the man muttered. What noticeable about him was the necklace on his neck seemed to be similar and it gave Marinette a slight headache just by looking at it.

'Where have I seen it before?'

The lady beside him, Kira crossed her arm laid her back to the tree, and replied with a cold voice, "He's there. I didn't even ask you to wait with me. Instead of wasting your time with me, why don't you go back to your master, demon Lucas?"
