Capítulo 51: The box

The clanking sound of the comb as it was dropped on the table made Quinn look down at the table. He stood at the dressing table in front of the mirror where he was dressing up with the help of Preston who handed him his coat to put on but his gaze already caught on the table when he looked down at it. He had stared at it constantly since he brought it out of the chest a week ago and dropped it on the table, where it stood as a constant reminder of what he must do but couldn't as he had decided to wait a little bit. He could not help himself today when he had to wait in the line of all those men before he could see her, and when he finally did, his breath that seemed to constantly get lost momentarily stopped on its own accord.
