Paige eyed Rachel as she came out of her room dressed in jeans and a t-shirt. "We're going to one of the hottest nightclubs in the city, and you look like you're going for a walk in the park."

Rachel looked down at herself. "I'm not going there to impress anyone. In fact, the less time I spend in the place, the better."

"Correction, you're not going to pick up a guy, but you are going to talk to his family. That's a big deal."

Rachel's stomach churned. She hadn't been nervous until Paige put it that way. However, this was who she was. "You ready?"

Her roommate did a little dance, laughing and spinning around as she said, "I was born ready. Let's go get your man."

As they left the building, Tito was there, still watching over the door. The reporters had all but vanished again, leaving them alone, but Rachel wasn't stupid enough to think they'd left for good.
