KT looked down at his suit and smiled. He didn't always like getting dressed up, but for today, he was more than happy. His knock echoed in the hall of the hotel, and he heard Shelby on the other side say, "Wonder who that is."

"It's Hugh. Open up."

The door opened and there stood a saucy woman with a hand on her hip. Shelby wasn't always that way, but she had been coming out of her shell more since she and Austin had been together. Whatever she was going to say died on her lips when she took him in, and her look turned soft. "Look at you. What are you up to?"

So Austin still hadn't spilled the beans, and KT wondered if he was going to have to tell Shelby she was getting married to his buddy today or if Austin would finally man up and do it. Looking to Austin for guidance, he saw the look on his face and the fucker was loving every second of it.
