What you want?
I woke up at 5 in the morning. Doing my daily business in bathroom I wore simple Black Short's with plane black t-shirt. I went to park put my headphone on and start listening some music. I increase gravity around me by 10x it's help me to work out more effency. Actually, I was doing Saitama's workout includes 100 Pushups, 100 Sit Ups, 100 Squats and a 10KM Run every day Starting today.
Genral pov
It take 2 hours to complete training. He went to directly inside my underground gym.
Alex pov
I will try to control Ice, Shadow and telekinesis. First I'll start with ice, I try to make ice lance again then I shoot the lance very high speed when it hit the wall the wall start to freeze due to lance. After I try to control the ice that was on wall and it suddenly form into sphere and come in my hand like i just was used telekinesis but I was not. After seeing this I can control any ice I move to weapons forming. I formed to ice daggers after making I try to test them and throw them then I try to call it the dagger came back like ice sphere coming. After that I try to infuse my shadow element in my daggers and it work now my dagger was like all black with Ice blue dragon shape on it. I try to strike intent to kill and it work. I mean a Dark shadow moon arc type of shape form and it was really strong it was carrying ice effect of element.
So next I try to use my shadow to form a shadow scythe it was amazing feeling, then I to change the Scythe permanently and it was still there when I stop to pore my mana in it. Next I try to blend in my shadow and it worked really well. I try to form my own Shadow army like sung jin woo. It take time to form shadow army first I imagine igris how he was in manhwa then I try to manipulate shadow that way only and then knight kneeling front of me black and grey accent.

I was really shock when I see all this new skill now, I can teleport anywhere till my soldier is in there shadow. That's pretty cool even if I kill All for, I can make him into my shadow soldier, this will be sick but I think I'll create some shadow soldiers and Shadow mage.
After 2 hours of hard work, I made 5 Rank: A soldier and under them there is in Every group 30 rank's soldier in which there was 10 mages and 20 soldier And I even create beru who's rank: S. The 5 who will lead them was iris (Knight), tank (ice bear), Iron (Hunter), Tusk(mage), Jima (Naga). I actually am Suprise that I have unlock Shadow monarch class by just manipulating my shadow into soldier.
That was enough of training I have meeting with endeavour I don't what he wants let's meet him today to find his motive.
After having nice shower, I came out of my room I change into something for office I wore grey business suit proper feting. And I wore brown leather shoes. After I made my breakfast in which I made cheese omelette Bread and Black coffee (A/n: actually this is my daily breakfast.)
After eating breakfast, I Derived my rolls to my office and my office building was longest building in Tokyo. When I entered the building Everyone: "Good morning Ceo knight." After this I went directly to my office which is on top floor of building.
I started my work of accounts and client the profit and stuff.

After two hour my office phone ring "yes!"

After coming from office I changed to gym outfit then went to gym start to do 100 push up 100 sit up 100 squats and 10 km run. I was doing all this with only 25x gravity on me.
After 2 hrs
I was done with work out then I start to meditate..... I was in galaxy where I can see all my elements I start moved to my telekinesis Ball where I start to move Energy through my body and then circulate to in my inside my body like through my bones, muscle, and every single cell In my body it was very hard to control telekinesis but in fanfiction and show they pretend it like to cut butter with hot knife but for fuck sake It was like a child is trying to move all might without any strength. But after idk him many hour I get system prompt.
