Witchhazel Recently, I've been getting an increasing number of lovely comments from you guys that are unfortunately censored by the app. I know some of you might be new to webnovel and aren't familiar with their comment restrictions, so I thought I'd post a little note about it here:
Certain words trigger shadow bans on webnovel, which automatically deletes the comment. When that happens, I can still see the comment in my notifications and reply to you, but it won't show up at the end of the chapter for others. A few of these words I've encountered are f*** (including variations such as fack and wtf), sh**, b****, hell, heck, damn, lmao, sex, smut, r18, adult … The ones that get us the most are usually lmao and smut.
I love all your comments and I hate to see them getting banned unintentionally, so let's try to avoid those black-listed words and make the app happy :) As always, thank you for sharing your thoughts with me, and I look forward to seeing more of them!
