I was sitting in the living room with Makai at the moment. Doc had made it so that I was able to leave my room with the IV. If my parents were coming over, then I needed to make sure that I was to be involved in these things.

At the moment, I was lost in thought and staring at the pictures that Doc had printed from the ultrasound. I was looking at my babies that were growing inside of me. There were two babies. Twins. Children. Plural. Multiple. The fact that I was pregnant at all was still something that I was trying to process. Adding to that the fact that I was having two babies was almost too hard to process. And add to that the fact that Ula was pregnant, I was about to have three children. Just like my dream had shown me.

"What are you thinking about so intensely?" Makai asked as he slid closer to me on the couch and wrapped his arm around my shoulders.
