Viktor was surprised by the sudden turn of events since he didn't expect Seraphina to be someone who knew how to escape from such a tight situation. Of course, he knew she was powerful enough to do it but not experienced enough to do it.

He became worried for her seeing so many people up in the sky, trying to hunt her. He tapped the bracelet on his wrist, hoping that she would receive it, but he wasn't sure since the bracelet wouldn't work if the other person was too far away.

He also realized that he fucked up Yanah's plan to kill Ara and thought that it would be best if she never saw him again lest she tries to chew his head off for messing up her plan.

But Viktor really couldn't afford to worry about Yanah and decided to keep moving while tapping his bracelet, hoping that he could find Seraphina.
