Leticia tried to reassure him that she was alright. As she looks up at him, Hugh stared down at her. And seeing him like that, his expressions seemed too depressed.

Leticia was flustered that her brows unconsciously raised to her forehead.

She blinked her golden eyes and looked at Hugh's serious face.

Hugh adam's apple moved up and down as he swallowed his dry saliva. It was because he was having a hard time letting out the words that he wanted to say.

"Leti… I know before I confessed my feelings, I'm a complete jerk that only thinks about himself,"

Leticia suddenly was stunned by Hugh's seriousness and words about the confession she had been avoiding for a long time.
