2 Weeks later : Devils Court
It seems that those bastards were not kidding , they really bringed him here , to say that Sirzechs was furious , was a small comparation to how he really feel , his dear sister would not stop crying for hours , Itachi parents were tired and afraid and his family name was at stake , making the things worse , those old devils did not allowed him to come in to the court , thinking that he would change the opinions ,everything he could do was to stay and hope that it would be alright
In the court room , the devils were speaking with eachother trying to figure out the fate of a boy , no older than 5 , he was not worried his face was as stoic as ever , he learned a lot from his days in anbu , showing emotions means weakness , and those old fools were waiting for a sign of it the time was passing slow , he became worried , not for himself but for his family , his mother was more scarred than him , and his father was more angry than anyone , Rias would not stop crying , everything was going down , just because that little fried chicken could not take a simple punch but his thoughts were interrupted by a voice .
"Itachi Uchika you stand here today , accused for a serious crime " . A serious crime ? was that guy serios ? "2 weeks ago you've hitted one of the pheonix familly members , simply for the fact that he was trying to speak with Rias Gremory " . Are these guys for real ? Of course they are after all one of them is a Pheonix , of course the rest would keep with him . " The crime is a serious one , hitting a pure blood noble is one of the worst things a low life like you could do .
Of course it was , no matter how much The Maous would try to take out the corrupted ones , you'l all grow back like a pest , but before he could replay he was taken by surprise when Ajuka started to speak . "You should mind your tongue , before some accident happens and you lose it , is that clear ? " They all stiffened at that , Ajuka eyes were hard and cold , his voice leaving no room for argument , the elder could not do anything more but nod . " Very well , as we all know that is what Riser Phenex told us , but that doesn't mean that is the truth " . They all started to look at eachother , no one dared to interrupt him so he continued . " From what we know Itachi Uchika and Rias Gremory story is going in another way , the young Phenex started the whole conflict , and attacked Itachi first , so it was self-defense , now i want to ask you , why should we punish someone who defended themselves ? " . With that sentence the elders started to look at eachother some of them whispering , until one rised himself and started to speak : " Great Maou what you said is true , but we can't ignore it , this is a great crime , how are we going to look in other devils eyes if we don't punish him ? We know your ties with the Red Maou , your friendship with him and we are afraid that your decision might be a bit ... overlooked .. " after he said that the building started to shaken , the aura of the room became a dark green , Ajuka eyes were glaring at the elders, he knew what they wanted to do , power this is what they tried to take , if he doesn't retreat himself , the devils are gonna think that he is doing favouritism , if he leaves ... Itachi ...
The ground was shaking , the building was almost on the edge of collapsing , no one knew what was happening but Sirzechs knew , those elders pissed off Ajuka , such a stupid mistake , he could eliberate them from existence with only a blink of the eye , the reason he didn't ? They were old , and people were looking for them , this is the reason why they are alive after the war , stupid mistake from his part , he should have killed them right in that moment , he only hoped that Itachi was right ...
The people from the room started to panick , the elder who talked in that way became pale he did not expected for Ajuka to become so violent . But after a few seconds ... it stoped , he rised from his chair and walked until the door , apologising Itachi with a look , he was not mad , he knew what they wanted to do , and he could understand Ajuka decision but now ... his fate was sealed , he only hoped that they would chose exile and not the prison ... 200 years .. he would get crazy like most of the inmates , no one passed over 5 years in that place without getting crazy or killing themselves , so he waited , they started to whisper again , those grins on their face , he would pay them back one day ..but for now he had to make sure that whatever the sentence he would stay alive . "Itachi Uchika we decided your fate , you are exiled , never to return in the underworld , you'l live the rest of your days on earth like , your parents are to remain here and to still serve under the Gremory , dismissed !!!"
So he was becoming an exile ... al least they did not kill him , or worse ... after a quick glance at every elder from the room , he is bowing his head in form of respect and he started to leave , when suddenly he is stopped . " And where do you think you are going ? " Asked one of the elders , " To say goodbye to my family and friends my lord " , on that sentence the grin from the elder face only widened and he said " You are exiled you'l leave with a teleportation circle , but before he could complain he was already in another place , alone , withoug any communication , he only hoped that anyone was alright ,especially his Mother and Rias , for the time being he must to find out where he is in this new World .
Kyoto
So this was the human world ? It looked pretty normal in his opinion and beautiful too , he didn't knew where he was but he had an idea , he could feel yokai aura .. that means he is in Kyoto , that means he is in problem , they didn't make peace with the Yokai yet , he heard Sirzechs many times saying that he wants the Yokai as allies , but it would take some time , in present the leader of Yokai faction was The 9 tailed fox Yasaka , from what he could hear , she was stunning in every aspect , but she was still strong and dangerous , he had to be careful around this place .
He walked for hours , he meet a few people , they were not looking strange at all , they looked exactly like him , he continue to walk until he found a shrine in the forest , being curious and hungry , he decided to call out the person inside it , he knew someone has to be there and his energy was human , still he meet a few persons who can mask their aura , so he was still careful
Itachi : Hellooo , is someone in there ? ( No one answered , so he tried again and after a few more tries someone came )
??? : Yeah yeah coming ( said a voice , from what he could detect , it was an old man voice )
??? : Haa ?? what do you want kid , why are you alone here ? and right now at nigh fall
Itachi : I've got lost , can you shelter me for tonight ? I'm walking for hours , i didn't find any food , and i'm tired , tomorrow i will leave i promise ( the old man started to study him , he was looking wierd with sunglasses and all , but something was off about him )
??? : Ahh i see , sure it would be no problem , but you must to help me around if you want to sleep and eat here , but .. your name ?
Itachi : Lee ( better to not know his name , if this guy is a yokai he would be in big problems )
??? : No second name ehh ? Well i guess you are from one of those famillies who don't bother , by the way my name is Sun Wukong
A few seconds passed until Itachi awoken from the shock ... this was not a simple yokai , for maou sake how could he be so stupid , he had to escape from here right then and there , if he wouldn't , this guy would be a big big big big problem , but how could he ? maybe replacing himself with a log ? No it was not that fast and he most likely could feel chakra ... fight him ? Nope that is suicide , in his past life he may stood a chance , hell if he could be healthly he could kill him as Itachi Uchiha , but now ? He was only a kid of 5 and his sharingan had only 3 tomoes , he had to find another way .. maybe going to the plan and escaping in the middle of the night .. yes yes that would work out . He wanted to talk but to the old man , beat him at that and before he could do something the old man thrusted his stick in his face and in the least of the seconds he avoided it . The he said "Hmm you move well for a kid , now if i may ask you what is Itachi Uchika doing here ? " He knew , he knew all this time , he had to escape from here , but fight him ? That would be crazy to he tried in a pactifist method " Look , i mean no harm , i was exiled and i was sent here , i didn't have that much of a choice in the matter " . At that the old man lowered his staff and said " I know , standing up for that Gremory girl didn't you ? That Phenex brat could not even take a punch , i've heard about the stories , but still to beat a pure blood from that familly with only one punch , you must to be pretty strong , i wish to see how strong are you " and with that he again thrust the staff aiming for the chest , he avoided the attack and jumped to take distance between him and the old man then he started to do some finger signs ( Katon • Gokakyu no Jutsu ) a big fire ball emerged from his mouth ready to strike the old man but before it could hit him , he put his staff forward and the ball splited in half , tooking the chance he launched himself at the old man , tooking a kunai from his pouch and trowing it at the old man , he could swear the kunai hitted the old man , if not for him to move his head right before it hitted , then he said "Ahh i see your full of surprises , but let's see how your going to avoid this " with said , the staff started to get longer and longer , until it was the size for a nearby tree , the biggest fucking tree from that forest , he could lift it and control it like it was a simple stick , forcing Itachi to reveal his sharingan and to start to avoid the staff which was coming from all directions in an impossible speed .
What are those eyes ? They are strange , and how can he move like that it should be impossible for someone so young to even avoid an attack not all of them !! Now his curiosity started to get the better of him and he stooped his attack " Those eyes if is not a bother for you to answer , what are they ? " So he stooped the attack who almost killed him , only to ask for his freaking eyes ?! well .. better anything than nothing so he answered . " I call them Sharingan , i was born with them " now that picked his curiosity even more , he never heard about something like this from devils , of course there was some famillies with strange eyes , but none were red so he asked again " And what are they doing ? Are the possesing any power ? It would have been impossible for someone so young to avoid my attacks like that even if i was holding back " He was holding back ? Not going fully to him ? Of course ...!! " Yes , they help me see better the attacks , to read better and memorize everything i see as long as an attack is not coming from someone who inherited it by blood " This was interesting , to interesting , he could attack anyone with their own attacks ,that was indeed something new , after thinking for a few momments he said" All right , you are pretty bruised and tired , you can come and live here , as long as you help me with the things around , got it kiddo ? " Now he was dumb flooded , but what could he do ? after thinking for a few seconds and finding no other way around . " Yes that would be good , thank you " he said with a bow
4 Weeks later - with Itachi
The time here was good , he got to know the old man better , and he started to like him , he would always woke up in the morning and help with the things around , cleaning the shrine , and train with the old man who now wanted to be called Sensei , he took a liking in the boy to , science his old student turned on the dark side and left him he always felt something was empty in him , but now this boy came here and fullfiled that emptyness , today he was going to kuoh , some matters to attend and he decided to take the boy to , let him see the world , he was still young and even if he was far to mature for his age , he needed this
Today they arrived in Kuoh , while he was going to attend to his matters he left Itachi alone , the boy could handle anyone and if something went wrong he would be close to him in the city so no problem with that , turning to Itachi he said " Ok Itachi , i will leave for 2 hours , you should go and try to see the city , we would meeet here again after 2 hours , and remember if you have any problem with someone just ring the bell and i would appear " the boy only nodded and left with a bow
The city was different from kyoto , different but beautiful all the same , people seemed to be happy enough with not worry in their lifes,but everything perished when he felt more presence coming from the forest , dark auras , humans but their energy was so dark you could mistake them for fallen angeles , in fact one aura felt like that , so he gone to check , when he reached the middle of the forest , it shocked him to find a little girl beign runned by 5-6 guys all of them with katanas , but he was snapped from his trance when one of them lifted his katana above the head and said " Now you are going to die you monster , just like that bitch of the mother who borned you" and with that being said he leaped in action to save the girl .
