But I admit, with the Three Noble Families joining in the Solo and Team events, the Conclave members will get exhausted, even before facing the Royal Army. Especially at the latter end of the program where the Alchemy, Array Creation, Solo and Team Competition are all packed together."

They all nodded in agreement.

"Although the same holds true with the Royal Army, whose to say the Three Noble Families will take their matches seriously against them?" Kyran added.

This made them fall silent. They also thought of this.

Of course, for appearance's sake, they would not brazenly forfeit the match. But they would limit their magic consumption and would not exert too much energy.
