[KYLE POV]

After the others told me to go, I took off running. There were wolves in the immediate vicinity that were trying to stop me, but I managed to get past them. And before any of them could follow after me, the gathered team were able to stop them.

There were several members of the group that broke off and followed me just in case there were more enemies that I met along the way.

"If they get in your way, we will stop them, Alpha Kyle. There is no reason for you to stop along the way. You just hurry up and get to where you're needed the most." Cristina's lightly accented voice came from just behind me and to the left. She was following me closely and ready to attack anyone who might get in my way.
