Capítulo 45: THIS IS NOT HAPPENING

I did not just see what I thought I saw, did I? I didn't just smell who I thought I smelled either, did I? And I most definitely did not just hear what I thought I heard, right?

I had just been about to tell off that sleazy asshole that was using his cheesy pick up lines when someone growled so deeply that the fucking bar seemed to quake in fear of him. What was Kyle doing here? Why had he followed me? How had he followed me?

I was not ready to see him, not with how sick I was feeling right now. I knew that the sickness was just my nerves and worry, but seeing him would just make me more nervous. I was like a ball of fucking putty when Kyle was around and that was so not like me.

Just as Kyle went to slide onto the bar stool next me I dropped a five dollar bill on the counter and set my glass on top of it. With that done I turned in a circle, first facing away then spinning toward the door to the lobby, all in an effort not to look directly at Kyle.
