"And the same rule applies when it comes to a family too," she added. "No matter how different the members are from each other, at the end of the day, they still belong to each other and even if one of them is missing, everything feels empty and meaningless."
Pausing for a while, she sighed, "Many people including me, we don't have a family. At least you have people you can look up to if something comes up."
Taking a deep breath, she remarked, "I just have one aunt but let's face it, she is not gonna be with me forever."
Looking at him, she added, "So feel lucky and appreciate the family you have that many don't."
Helplessly shaking his head, he chuckled, "How do you do this?"
Shrugging her shoulders, she smiled, "Well, that's what pays my bills."
"I kinda feel guilty for taking free sessions from you."
