Capítulo 45: Dela's Betrayal

"You seem so desperate about acquiring this mortal, even to the point of risking your own safety.

How interesting…", says Fiyah to Gorak, an intrigued smirk on his face.

"If I didn't know better, I'd think you were in love with her! Hah!"

Fiyah was spot on, but he laughed because it was a ridiculous thought that the cold, dark and evil Gorak was capable of loving someone. Moreso a mortal.

The point was clear enough to Gorak. Fiyah was making a mockery of him!

Gorak responds to Fiyah's comment with an angry, determined gaze, plotting his next course of action.

There was no time to bother with Fiyah's tauntings. He would rather focus on reclaiming Dela, his fated.

She had just been confiscated by the Council's Keepers and kept far out of his reach in a seemingly impermeable bubble barrier. A "rank S" barrier of protection. Powerful and unbreakable.
