Ezekiel and Jerissa let go of the lobster at the same time.
"You may take it, Jerissa," the king told her.
But she shook her head, "No, no, you touched it first, so you take it, Your Maj- I mean, Kiel."
"No, you should-"
"No, I dare not-"
"I shall take this if you two won't," Kristov had just arrived, and he grabbed the big, unclaimed lobster, "I suggest you grab anything, before those people in line get mad at the both of you."
Seeing the frowning faces of the people behind them, Jerissa and Ezekiel took random lobsters and walked away from the table, following the direction where Kristov went. Apparently, Frion was waiting for them at one side of the street. They all leaned by the walls of a florist's shop as they conversed with each other.
"So… What did you find out today, Kris?" Ezekiel asked.
"I lurked around taverns… There are problems in Xerick Village," Kristov furrowed his brows, "I am extremely worried about my real family who's living there."
